Schoonheidssalon Jacqueline Paumen values your privacy greatly. We only process data necessary for improving our services and handle all collected information with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of our website and the services offered on it.

About data processing

Below you can read how we process your data, where it is stored, what security measures are taken, and who has access to this data.
 

Webshop software

For the technical operation of our webshop, we use an external service provider. This party processes personal data only on our behalf and exclusively for support and security purposes.
 

Email and mailing lists – Laposta

We use Laposta for our newsletter and automated emails. Laposta stores your personal data securely. Your name and email address will never be used by Laposta for their own purposes. Emails always contain an unsubscribe link.
 

KPN

We use KPN for business email traffic. KPN does not have access to our mailboxes and processes data securely according to their security guidelines.
 

Payment processors – Mollie

For payments, we use Mollie. They process name, address, and city (NAW) data and payment information. Mollie takes appropriate security measures and shares data with third parties only anonymously to improve their services.
 

Reviews – WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you must provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to elaborate on your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name, email address, and product information with WebwinkelKeur.

They only use this information to invite you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to use third parties for the provision of the service. All the aforementioned guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.(knowledge base)

Shipping and logistics – PostNL

We share name, address, and city details with PostNL to deliver your order. PostNL shares this data only with subcontractors when necessary for delivery.
 

Invoicing & accounting – Wega Automatisering & Degens Registeraccountants

We share NAW data and order data with our accounting partners for processing invoices. They are bound by confidentiality and use data exclusively for administrative purposes.
 

External sales channels

If we sell through external platforms, data will only be shared when necessary for the execution of the agreement.
 

Purpose of data processing

We process your data solely in the context of our services, including: orders, customer service, marketing (only with consent), administration, and legal obligations.
 

Automatically collected data

Our website collects technical data such as IP address, browser information, and operating system. This data cannot be traced back to individuals.
 

Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations

In exceptional cases, we may be legally obliged to share your data, for example, in criminal investigations.
 

Retention periods

We store your data as long as you are a customer. At your request, we will delete it (right to be forgotten), unless legal retention obligations dictate otherwise. For example, invoices must be kept for 7 years.
 

Your rights

Under current Dutch and European legislation, as a data subject, you have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on our behalf. Below, we explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies of your data to the email address already known to us. If you wish to receive data at a different address, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep a record of requests and store anonymized data for forget-me requests. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
 

Right of access

You have the right to inspect the data we process that relates to you. You will receive a response within 30 days. Upon approval, you will receive an overview of all data and the processors holding it.
 

Right to rectification

You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete data amended. You will receive a confirmation within 30 days.
 

Right to restriction of processing

You can request to temporarily restrict processing. You will also receive a confirmation of this within 30 days.
 

Right to data portability

You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) concerning your person, or traceable to it, transferred to another party. You can submit such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you, to the email address known to us, copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In such a case, we most likely will no longer be able to continue providing services, as the secure linking of databases can no longer be guaranteed.
 

Right to object and other rights

You can object to processing. If an objection is justified, we will stop processing immediately. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

We collect reviews via WebwinkelKeur. Here, name, email address, and product information are shared. WebwinkelKeur publishes your name and may contact you for clarification. Security measures and privacy guarantees are ensured by them.

Communication via email and SMS

As a customer, you receive emails and SMS messages related to your customer relationship, such as:

For marketing newsletters, we do ask for consent. You can unsubscribe via the link in the email.

We register data when you register, contact us via email or chat, or use our services.

Our e-commerce environment uses cloud storage via AWS in Ireland.

Klarna
When paying via Klarna, personal data such as name, address, email, and possibly BSN are shared.

Google Workspace (Gsuite)
Used for email and document management. Documents and emails may contain personal data.

Google Analytics
Used for traffic analysis.

POS system
Order data from the physical store is stored here.

Adyen
Used for card payments in the store.

Postnord
Name, phone number, and address are shared for shipping.

Crall.io
Used for chat, abandoned carts, birthday messages, and visitor analysis.
 

Communication via email and SMS

As a customer, you receive transactional emails and SMS messages. Consent is required for marketing communication.
 

Access and correction

You can request an overview via email. Incorrect data can be corrected or deleted.
 

Retention and deletion

Data that is no longer needed will be deleted.

A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer.
