Do you order your products from us? Then you can assume that your order will be delivered super fast, and you will receive free clear samples with every order, along with a discount card for 10% off your next purchase. In addition, you will also automatically participate in the Beautymiles savings program.
Your specific products are packed with the greatest care and often shipped the same day via PostNL. We stand for quality and are known for our excellent service! At Schoonheidssalon Jacqueline Paumen, we like to dot the i's and cross the t's and give you a unique shopping experience!

ORDERING
Order your favorite products in a few simple steps:

1. Choose your product and click 'Order'.
2. The product will now be automatically placed in the shopping cart; you can choose to continue shopping or to place an order.
3. While shopping, you can click on your 'Shopping Cart' in the top right to view and update the products in your cart.
4. Do you have everything? Then you can combine your order!
5. Do you have a discount code? Enter it under 'Discount Code' and click apply to activate your discount code. You will then see that the discount has been immediately deducted from the total amount.
6. Ready? Click 'Order Completed'!
7. Are you new to Schoonheidssalon Jacqueline Paumen? Then choose 'Register new customer' and create an account.
8. Do you already have an account? Then log in under 'Existing customers'.
9. Choose your payment method, and select the appropriate shipping method.
10. Have you filled in everything correctly? Then press 'Next'.
11. In the comments field, you can add any remarks or questions.
12. Tick the box "I agree to the general terms and conditions" and click 'Place order'.
13. Pay via iDeal: Choose your selected bank and pay in your trusted payment environment.

PAY DIRECTLY VIA IDEAL OR DID YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT FAIL?
No problem! The link to pay is in the attachment of your invoice. Bank transfer is also possible, of course. These details are also on the invoice.

SHIPPING
If you order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, your package will be shipped the same day. Do you order after 3:00 PM? Even then, we do our utmost to bring your order to PostNL before 5:00 PM. If this is not possible, we will ship your order on the next shipping day. We normally have all products in stock. Sometimes a product is so popular that we have to wait for a new delivery. In most cases, the delivery time is then 2 to 3 working days. If it takes longer than 3 working days, we will contact you immediately.

Free shipping
We ship all our orders within the Netherlands and to Belgium with PostNL. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to a PostNL pick-up point.

Track your order
Once we have offered your order to PostNL, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code so you can easily track your order. You can see when the delivery person is driving into your street to deliver your order or when your order is ready for collection at your chosen PostNL pick-up point.

Package not collected and returned
We assume that if you choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL pick-up point, you will also collect your package. Even if you were not home at the time of delivery and you can pick up your order at a PostNL location near you, we expect you to collect your package there within 1 week. If the order is not collected within the specified period, the package will be returned to us, and unfortunately, we will have to charge you € 12.50 for administration costs.
