Appointments & Cancellations

Unfortunately unable to make it? Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by phone. For late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the fee will be charged.

Appointments can only be cancelled by phone on weekdays (not on Sundays or public holidays). The salon reserves the right to reschedule appointments free of charge in case of illness or personal circumstances.
