Appointments & cancellations

Are you unable to make it? Please cancel by phone at least 24 hours in advance. For a late notification of a no-show, 100% of the rate will be charged.

Appointments can only be cancelled by phone on weekdays (not on Sundays or public holidays). The salon reserves the right to postpone appointments free of charge in case of illness or personal circumstances.
