Delivery Guarantee

Beauty Salon Jacqueline Paumen cares about its products and always does its best to deliver them to you in top condition.

Should you discover something is wrong after delivery, you must report it within 48 hours via schoonheidssalonpaumen@kpnmail.nl.
After this period, complaints can no longer be accepted, and the products will be considered accepted by the buyer.

Product Guarantee
If your product stops working (e.g., pumps), never tamper with the product yourself!
If you have opened the product yourself, we will no longer accept its return.
Opening or altering the product can cause it to stop working entirely.

If your product is not working, we always ask for a photo or video of the product.
This allows us to assess whether it is truly defective or being used incorrectly.

We are happy to find a suitable solution for you.

Please note: damage caused by dropping or impact is not covered by the warranty. Pumps, glass, and pressed powders are delicate—handle them with care.


Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn't go entirely as planned.
